Baked Long Beach Launch!

The Pie Bar and Long Beach Creamery invite you to our first Baked Long Beach weekend!

They’ve collaborated on a Baked Alaska style dessert that showcases our desserts and is meant to be shared. Baked Long Beach is The Pie Bar mini Key Lime Pie topped with Long Beach Creamery Strawberry Mascarpone ice cream, surrounded by a fresh toasted meringue.

It’s all drama as you cut into the toasted meringue to reveal the pie and ice cream inside. $13.95 and meant for at least 2 people.

Serving Baked Long Beach at The Pie Bar and both Long Beach Creamery locations – starting on Friday 3/1 and ending on Sunday 3/3 at closing.
