This year’s festival will be held at the Art Theatre, with special screenings at MOLAA and additional virtual screenings. Festival dates are September 30 through October 3!

Celebrating more than 25 years of the best in LGBTQ independent films, the Long Beach QFilms Festival is the oldest film festival in Long Beach and the only festival dedicated to screening films that showcase the magnificent diversity of the LGBTQ community.
This 2nd largest LGBTQ cultural event in Long Beach features narrative films, documentaries, shorts, and special tributes. The event reaches thousands of community members.
Funds raised by QFilms directly support The LGBTQ Center Long Beach. The Center advances equity for LGBTQ people through culturally responsive advocacy, education, programs, and services.
With more than 40 years’ service to the community, The Center supports more than 25,000 people a year through programs including HIV and STI testing, youth services, senior services, counseling, legal services, domestic violence support, trans health programs, and more than 20 weekly support groups.

In order to keep our audience, our volunteers, and our staff safe, we are implementing the following COVID 19 protocols.
VACCINATION PROOF AND MASKS REQUIRED
In order to gain entry to all events during QFilms 2021, you must be fully vaccinated and need to show proof in the form of an official vaccination card, digital card, or photo of your vaccination card. No refunds if you do not have proof.
Masks will be required at all indoor venues, regardless of vaccination status or recent COVID-19 test.
