Teamwork is the backbone of an organization. Please join the LBGLCC and Catherine Francis from the DEEVA Group for this FREE online interactive virtual workshop on Team Effectiveness.
The goal of this workshop will be help you be able to identify the characteristics of an effective team as well as recognize and address team dysfunction and its effects on productivity. The class will also focus on understanding the process and obstacles to team problem solving and decision making as well as engaging in various team-building exercises.
By the end of this course, you will learn:
Ways to develop an effective team, how to recognize/minimize/address team dysfunction, identify trust factors and its effects on productivity and profits, learn obstacles to team problem solving and decision making, and how team building can increase company bottom line, productivity and profitability.

Facilitator:
Catherine Francis is a Speaker, Trainer & Author who taught college for many years in Warehouse Management and Construction Trades. She has over 25 years of experience working with multi-million dollar nonprofits such as Girl Scouts, and facilitating trainings for fortune 100 & 500 companies including Coca Cola. Ms. Francis has served on the Board of Directors for The Chamber Business Academy, the Distribution Management Association (DMA), the Associated General Contractors (AGC), and the Joint Apprenticeship Committee (JAC) in Riverside for over 10 years. Her diverse business background, travels abroad to China, India and other countries provide a broad, meaningful worldview as well as 1st hand experience of factors that influence successful business practices and increased revenue.
