The Self-Care Clinic: An LGBTQ Support Group

The Self-Care Clinic is a multi-session support group for individuals in the LGBTQ community to learn valuable self-care skills and to explore the purpose and benefits of engaging in self-care. Each session will focus on a specific creative self-care activity to teach participants how to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing. The support group will be held in-person at Bluff Park in Long Beach, CA, off of Temple Ave. Participants will be able to reserve a seat in the group for a small fee that will be used to purchase supplies.
