Varsity Gay League Presents: Yogalates with Ashley

Varsity Gay League continues our Yogalates series with Ashley Markham, a Club Pilates certified, Barre certified, and a Prenatal Workshops and TRX certified instructor. But also a VGL Long Beach athlete.

Ashley will be leading our Queer+ community through a ~40-minute session of Yogalates promoting strength and restorative effects.

WHO IS ASHLEY?
Ashley is from Long Beach, her style is tough so don’t let her sweet personality fool you. She likes to push her clients and get them results with an emphasis on obliques and glutes. She has gone through Club Pilates certification, Barre certification, prenatal workshops and is TRX certified as well as another called suspension method that utilizes TRX with a pilates background. She is always growing her education to make workouts fun and exciting. During her free time, she likes to try out other trainers and learn new things even on her days off. You can guarantee you will always leave her classes feeling every muscle activated, have a good sweat and stretch. Come check out one of her classes, you won’t be disappointed!
